Lumin Sports is a central pillar of the La Jolla High School football program.

Led by Head Coach, Tyler Roach, and the Director of S&C, Jonathan Lemery, the Vikings' program focuses on long term athlete development as well as priming the Varsity team for success on Friday nights.

Central to the programs' philosophy is S&C development. It's a key way to engage student athletes and create year-round buy-in.

Coach Lemery uses Lumin Strength to create and distribute programs as well as to evaluate rate of development.

Having previously used Excel for S&C programming, Coach Lemery made the switch so he could save time, create periodized programs more efficiently, have athletes record their own data, and easily create reports to share with athletes and their families.
