Athletes at Crean Lutheran High School will use Lumin Strength to supercharge their athletic development.

It comes as the Saints’ performance department rollout the Australian strength and conditioning platform across its entire program.

Crean Lutheran joins fellow Southern Californian powerhouse Mater Dei High School in adopting the fastest growing S&C programmer.

Colin Shumate, Director of Athletic Strength and Performance at Crean Lutheran High School, said making the switch to Lumin Strength was based on improving the athlete and coach experience.

‘’Lumin takes data capture to the next level as well as ease of reporting to gain real insight into what's happening,’’ Shumate said.

‘’The workflow is seamless and will save my athletes and coaches time and energy.’’

Coach Shumate also commented on the transparency and willingness of Lumin Sports to action feedback and requests to improve the coaching experience as well as the software itself.

Lumin Sports Chief Executive Officer, Ben Tripodi, said he’s excited to see the uptake of Lumin Strength in high schools around the US.
