Adelaide, Australia – The Queensland Firebirds are the latest Super Netball team to embed Lumin Sports in its high-performance program.

The Firebirds’ performance staff will use Lumin Strength to program and monitor the strength and conditioning (S&C) performance of its senior squad as well as its Futures Academy.

Lumin is also set to play a role in developing emerging talent in the Sunshine State with Netball Queensland rolling out the Australian S&C software to hundreds of athletes.

Queensland Netball’s Athletic Performance Coach, Rhett Cope, said ‘’we chose Lumin because of its efficient programming software that makes life easier for both the coach and athlete.’’

‘’It’s simple to use, works well for groups, but also allows for individualisation, which is important in our space.’’

The Firebirds join the West Coast Fever as Super Netball clubs to embed Lumin software in their respective programs.

A third club is to be revelled in the coming weeks.
