Athletes Authority, the Sydney based private high-performance centre, has embedded Lumin Sports in its world-renowned facility.

Coaches will use Lumin’s athlete management system and strength and conditioning (S&C) programmer to deliver athlete-focused outcomes for its members.

Lachlan Wilmot, Co-owner and Director of Performance at Athletes Authority, said the ability to create periodised programs was a major reason for making the switch.

‘’We've developed a strong system of programming, and we rely on a really good piece of software that can deliver all the aspects that we need to make sure our athletes, and our coaches are across every aspect of what we do,’’ Wilmot said.
