What is the program & Who is it for?

This program is designed to supplement an ongoing training program. It's a 2-session per week program specifically targeting the health and rehabilitation of the spine and shoulders. Any overhead athlete can include this program into their weekly routine. Strength, mobility, and resilience of the shoulder & spine through different ROMs maintains a healthy torso for whatever season (or off-season) an athlete may be working through.

Coach Spotlight:

Mike has worked in the field of Human Performance for almost 10 years. A former Olympic Weightlifter, he has worked at various institutions within the collegiate & private ranks. He now works in professional hockey as a part of the Anaheim Ducks, with their AHL affiliate San Diego Gulls. Mike has extensive experience in speed development after spending multiple years at TCBoost in Chicago, where he got daily experience using technology like the 1080 Sprint.

How To Access your Pocket Program

To access Mike's Pocket Program, complete the following steps:

  • Click the ‘Instant Demo’ button in the top right-hand corner of your screen

  • Complete the form and hit ‘Access Demo’

  • We’ll send a demo link to your nominated email account

  • Once you’ve received the email, click ‘Complete Setup’

  • Confirm we’ve got your right details, click ‘Finish’

  • Click ‘Open the Lumin App’

  • Once in the demo, you can access Mike Pocket Program by navigating to the ‘Strength’ tab on the left-hand side of the screen, clicking ‘Programs’, then clicking the name of the Pocket Program you want to access.
