Stronger Together: St John Bosco to Use Lumin Strength

St. John Bosco High School is the latest U.S national championship winning football program to embed Lumin Sports in its performance department.

The Braves, who have won three national championships and four California state championships, will use Lumin Strength to program and monitor the strength and conditioning performance of its student-athletes.

Director of Strength and Conditioning, Steven Lo, said making the switch to Lumin sets the football program up for its next phase of success.
