High Performance Sport New Zealand (HPSNZ) has entered a new multi-year agreement with Lumin Sports, selecting the company's strength and conditioning (S&C) platform following a comprehensive global review of leading S&C technology providers.
The partnership will see Lumin Strength rolled out across HPSNZ's high-performance network, giving coaches and practitioners a single platform to design, deliver and monitor individualised strength and conditioning programmes for elite and emerging talent.
The platform will support athletes across all sporting codes supported by HPSNZ’s Tailored Athlete Pathway Support initiatives, helping them prepare for national and international competition.
HPSNZ’s Business Owner for the Athlete Management System Build Project, Paul McAlpine said his team have been impressed by the capabilities of the Lumin Strength platform.

HPSNZ’s Head of Strength and Conditioning, Adam Allen said, “We chose Lumin Strength for its ease of use, responsive support team, and ability to bring programme delivery and athlete data into one platform. Lumin is replacing fragmented spreadsheets, documents and legacy systems while improving efficiency, data quality and consistency.”
