Sports Scientist and World Tour Cycling Coach Ciaran O’Grady speak to Lumin Sports about the year that was in world tour cycling and his transition from one team to another. The year 2020 was difficult for most and sport was no outlier from that, Ciaran explains his biggest learnings from the year and how he sees the pro peloton dynamics moving forward.
In 2021 Ciaran moves from world tour team NTT Pro Cycling to Israel Start Up Nation and will be working alongside some of the biggest names in the sport the likes of Mike Woods, Daryl Impey and of course Chris Froome.
