Lumin Sports appoints Scott Caulfield as Director of Strength and Conditioning

Lumin Sports has announced Scott Caulfield as its inaugural Director of Strength and Conditioning.

Coach Caulfield brings more than two decades of S&C experience to the team as well as an intricate knowledge of the U.S National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA) and developing its emerging talent.

Having held senior positions with the U.S National Strength and Conditioning Association, Colorado College, Dartmouth College and an ongoing role with Norwich University, Caulfield is uniquely positioned to improve Lumin Sports’ athlete data visualisation and management software, Arc Core.

Caulfield said he’s looking forward to helping athletic departments in collegiate, semi-professional and high school settings develop talent performance and wellbeing.

‘’I'm excited to join the Lumin Sports team and help large and small athletic departments maximise their impact on talent development,’’ Coach Caulfield said.

‘’The data insights Arc Core provides help S&C coaches make timely decisions on athlete output and is a key driver in load management and feedback too.

‘’Having previously rolled out and used Arc Core as an S&C coach in a college setting, I’m keen to help others realise the benefits of incorporating an intuitive software platform into their program.

’’CEO of Lumin Sports, Ben Tripodi, said the addition of Caulfield highlights the brand’s commitment to engaging experienced practitioners to help develop products that deliver clear benefits to coaches and athletes.
